Denise Halterman has organizational skills with an emphasis
on community service. Her great leadership skills were first
honed in 4-H where she was an officer for many years, steered many committees
and earned a number of honors as a member. She then gave back
to the community at the end of her 9 year membership when
she lead summer camp and moved on to become a leader in
many areas of 4-H. Using those skills, she became a great part
of the management team for AVSTA, the school bus system for
the majority of schools in the Antelope Valley. Here she designed
an organizational process to keep records on buses and driver credentials.
She also created a variety of procedures used in the initial training
of a driver as well as enabling them to continue their recertification
or to enhance their training to become a specialized driver.

Though some of her artistic abilities come from classes,
most of her work stems from her soul. Painting, carving,
pyrographics; these are just a few of the skills that she uses to create gourd art,
musical instuments, murals and more. With this inate skill she has
created a business to sell her wares in a multitude of venues
and become an integral part of the Yraceburu EarthWisdom Family
