Maria
Yraceburu... an honored Quero Apache HolyOne, provides insight into the
connection between humans and planetary evolution.
Energy
Weaver: Yraceburu explains humanity's role in evolution in a
multitude
of public events including traditional Diyi'ni Hedowachee, lectures and
workshops. |

Changing Our Perspective:
"The way we look at things, the foundational perspective we have grown
into, is what dictates what world reality is," Yraceburu says.
"If we are fearful, fearful situations are what we see played out
in daily life. If we choose to look at the inspirational, life
affirming events in our society, then life becomes lighter, more
positive. If enough of us begin to grasp this concept, then we
heal our world and because becomes the energetic paradym for future
generations."
Cooperative
Community: To the world, community has become a place of
dysfunction and separations. "Community needs to find compassion to
work harmoniously. We need to realize we each have our own
lessons in life and learn to be supportive without being judgmental.
When to give energy and when to retract energy. We also need to
realize our ability to co-create harmony by celebrating life and our
connection to the planetary cycles."
Getting Connected:
While leading a sacred sites tour in the American Southwest,
Yraceburu's group visited Canyon de Chelly during high winds.
Atop the canyon overlooking ancient ruins of the Anasazi, the
wind called out to participants on the tour. "It doesn't take but
a moment for us to recognize the power of the land calling to us. Those
that have walked here before are encouraging us to engage in earth
ritual and find our peace-filled connection within the great Changing
Mother's arms where we belong," Yraceburu declares.
Rethinking Cyclic
Time: Evolutionary aware traditions are beginning to help folks
realize that cyclic time is something that can be mapped and worked
with to relieve stress and heal individuals and the planet.
"Everywhere I go I hear people saying 'time has sped up, I don't
have enough time,'" Yraceburu points out. "But do they understand
that we create the timeline in our reality? As we connect with
the earth energies and cycles of time, changing our perspective of how
time operates, everything flows in a balanced give and take."
Do Your Part:
Self, family, and community are three critical areas in which
each person can heal world reality. Read the 10 Simple Ways to
Connect below.
In the name of evolutional peace we must reclaim our children's futures
by returning to a traditional lifestyle connection in these
contemporary times. - Maria Yraceburu
10 Simple
Ways to Connect
Wherever diiyin Maria Yraceburu goes, people ask, "How can I feel
connected?" Here are her ten most effected ways to ground and
connect to earth energies and improve your quality of life, and that of
your family.
1. Reduce the levels of stress by
10%. Take 20 minutes every day as personal time in silence.
No outside distractions. Just you and whatever comes to you
via your dreaming nature.
2. Choose life affirming action.
When you have decisions to make, ask yourself if you are afraid
or angry as you are making the decision. If you are, do not make the
decision in that moment. Take time to back up and look at all
options once you have calmed and centered yourself.
3. Stop giving energy to negative
chaos. Turn off the TV and stop playing the blame game. The
less energy we give the chaos, the more energy we have to embrace the
positive in life. This doesn't mean we don't care, or are
unaware... just that we emphasis the positive so it can grow and become
the guiding power behind all our actions.
4. Take a detox bath one day a
week. Our environment produces a plenitude of toxins that invade
the body and produce cellular depression. A detox bath once a
week helps cleanse those toxins from our systems. The bath is
comprised of one pound of baking soda and one pound of rock sale in
water as hot as you can stand... stay in until it starts to become
tepid. You'll be amazed at the results in your mental outlook.
5. Eat what you can pronounce.
Again toxic human environment... our liver has trouble breaking
down many things, preservatives being just one. So if you can't
pronounce the ingredient, chances are your liver can't process it,
which creates toxic buildup within you, resulting in depressed energy
and emotions. Eat natural whenever possible.
6. Choose mental vitality. Your
body is 70-80 % water. This is the element that lubricates our
brain, keeps us alive, happy and inspired. An average human needs
half their body weight in ounces of water daily. Equation for
arriving at your water intake: # pounds / 2 = # ounces water you need
to drink. If you are involved in a detox diet, drink your pounds
= water. This does not include coffer, sodas, herbal teas...
anything but water.
7. Quality time not quantity time.
Spend quality time with your loved ones. When the drama
merry go round begins its tour, get off. A few situation of this
nature, and a dysfunctional patter will be broken. We can
support, we cannot fix. Each individual must take responsibility for
their own lives.
8. Healing the world by healing
ourselves. Just as the old adage goes "for peace in the world, we
must first find peace within ourselves," so to does this begin with
healing self as the first step in healing our world reality. As
key elemental ingredients connected to the earth and the universe, as
we heal, the energy of connection and wholeness goes into the
multidimensional areas we call life.
9. Support your community.
Options to live a traditionally connected lifestyle in these
contemporary times are available. A Community of the Heart is
based in the ancient way of extended family and cyclic time. It
is the spirit of support and cooperation.
10. Learn more and share your
knowing. Evolving together inspires us to generate change within
our communities and environments, producing peace in our combined
reality. A healthier world perspective takes active involvement.
