IMPORTANT
CO-CREATION INFORMATION
You are responsible for working with us to plan a successful and
informative event. When you contact us, please provide the following
information:
*Program: Most programs for speaking events generally include a talk
followed by Q&A. If you are looking for ceremony or a
workshop, please be sure to state this. We are to be involved in local
radio shows, rallies or demonstrations, book signings, or discussion
groups. Many local hosts give a reception for us before or after the
event.
*Topic: What would you like us to speak on or present? What is the
context or intent?
*Audience: Who will be in the audience? How many people will be in the
audience?
* Timing: Please allow 2-4 months for coordination of larger programs.
*Logistics: Will you be able to cover all travel, lodging and expenses
for us? Will you arrange for these or will you have us do it?
*Honorarium: What amount are you able to provide in terms of
honorarium? (Keep in mind that most of us receive an honorarium of
around $500/day or $100/hr, while some need more and some need less,
based on their own situation and where they are located. Almost all of
us will require an honorarium to cover their time.
Best of luck in preparing your event! Thank you for your alliance!
