Our Feet are, among other things, the main Gates, or Doorways, of our grounding impulse to Mother Earth. Everytime our feet have met the road they have been desensitized due to abuse blockage. Often, our contact with the world through our feet has been harsh and painful experience with each and every step we take. Through stress, trauma and daily life happenings, we have lost the sensual aspect of touching the Earth with our feet. There is a lot of energy available that can only be received through the soles of the feet; however, if the energetic gates are closed off to this flow, we, in turn, close our doorway to physical health within our body, creating illness and dis-ease.
These gates in the feet correspond to every part of the body, including all of the organs, endocrine system (glands), lymph and nervous system. These gates can be effectively stimulated to relieve stress and tension, create deep relaxation, improve the blood supply, promote the unblocking of nerve impulses to normalize, and balance the entire body.
The feet contain 26 bones, 56 ligaments, 38 muscles and thousands of nerve endings in each foot. It is said, that by the time you reach the age of 35 years, your feet will have all ready carried you about 45,00 miles. It's a small wonder that so many of us suffer from achy, painful, hot and tired feet. Thankfully those over-worked, neglected, forgotten ligaments and muscles respond well to touch, from both the sensual loving stimulation of our Earth Mother and human massaging touch. Working with your feet can heal them; as well as the rest of you through improved circulation, assistance in the elimination of toxic by-products, and providing over all stress reduction. Opening the gates gives the toxic matter a place to go, there by decreasing over all stress, tension and dis-ease.
For many of us, our feet barely see the light of day, let alone get a chance to be naked on our Mother. It seems that we believe these important, complex body parts need protection at all cost. We get out of bed, go into slippers, then into a cocoon of synthetic fiber (AKA socks), followed by stuffing them into shoes that don't breathe, cutting our circulation off. We, then, stay in our painful and suffocating footwear until it's time for bed where the cycle then starts over.
The best way for you to walk your way to health and vitality, guard against foot-ills and body imbalances is prevention. This can be done in many different ways. First by wearing natural type shoes or sandals made of leather, canvas, or rope. Avoid rubber, plastic and all artificial fibers. Choose roomy round toes and low heels. Keep your connection as close and clear to our Earth Mother as possible. Keep your feet cool and clean. Walk bare foot on the grass and sand minimally 10 minutes daily to strengthen and revitalize the soles of the feet. Give yourself permission to practice going bare foot more often by cutting your slippers out of the picture in the house. You will certainly be amazed how much better you will feel.
Always remove footware immediately on arrival home from the many steps you have taken from your day. The feet need to be aired and have a chance to breath. Splash cold water or take a quick cold foot bath, towel dry rubbing vigorously to rejuvenate the feet. This aids in relieving tension, stress and inflammation of organs and glands which will releases pain and pressure, bring vitality back to the whole body.
Doing the alphabet with your feet. While in a seated poison, bring your feet out in front of you, raise them up 4 to 6 inches and trace the alphabet. You can do capital or lower case, it's your chose. As you do this, notice how wonderful it feels to make circles, lines and squiggles. This will help to rejuvenate and tonify the organs. You may feel like you have had a nice massage and that your organs have more energy and vitality.
Rub or massage your feet and roll your toes. Invite the energy and circulation back into your feet and legs. This can help with the stomach, intestines, liver, spleen, bladder and kidneys. Can you imagine how much more health and vitality you can have if you work on your own feet for 5 minutes before you go to bed ever night.
The body can do it's own healing if the gates in the feet are open, giving the dis-ease a place to go. With some help opening the gates in your feet, your body can work with problems beginning with acne, ending with sprains or fractures and including (among many other things) alcoholism, bed wetting, constipation, diabetes, fatigue, high blood pressure, kidney stones, multiple sclerosis, pyorrhea, shingles, urinary troubles and whiplash.

Yep. And our all time favorite is Grandma's Spider plant. She sits by the dining room door and greets people as they come in. She has been in our family for over 3 generations, perhaps longer. Ours came from my Grandma, and we have passed her babies on to many in the community.

Body Basics for ALL TIMES
Illusion is stored up in the cells of our bodies. Blocks that keep energy from circulating freely. HEREDITY - This is what you are given by your biological lineage. If dis-ease of one nature or another is a theme within your family, then you are being given the opportunity of breaking this chain. We know if there is a history of dis-ease in a family, there is also an underlying, secret dysfunction that runs rampant. Heredity is something you are born with. However, it is not something that you are destine to continue through the lineage.
DIET - It has been said, “you are what you eat.” We advise folks to eat according to their blood type. This eliminates many food allergies, and aligns you with your hereditary landscapes and strength. Not all things hereditary are bad. By eating the food natural to your genetic area of origin, you will strengthen your body.
I also like to recommend in this age of microwave solutions that you read your labels. If you can’t pronounce an ingredient, it is a good bet that your liver will not be able to assimilate it either.
WILL - Your will determines your mental state of mind; how much you want to be well, free of dis-ease, discomfort and pain. You and you alone can improve your health,
DEXOTIFICATION - Anytime honesty enters our lives, our body’s natural reaction is to remove built up residue of dysfunctional memories that have been stored as toxins in our cells.
As you begin to see truth above all else, you may start recognizing tendencies of skin rashes. This is because the vibration of your being has stepped up a notch and your body is becoming a more active partner in eliminating stored toxins and painful memories. Be patient with the physical process of healing. Colds and fevers are Spirit’s way of telling us to take a personal time out. Please do not try to stop these symptoms by using prescription medications - unnatural elements clog our natural cleansing organ, the liver, up and slow its ability to work. Toxins that are eliminated during colds and fevers are easily turned into dis-ease when not allowed to cleanse our system. Other symptoms that may occur as you work with the unknown can be fatigue, bowel sluggishness, diarrhea, frequent urination, nervousness, irritability and depression.
Most folks find their reaction tolerable and are encouraged to bear with them because of the improvements that are already evident. These symptoms vary according to the dysfunctional imprinting being released.
The more you can rest and sleep when symptoms appear, the milder they will be. Be wise, kick back and be nurtured. You can expect to reach a plateau of vibrant health, if you persist in your healing work and continue in your campaign to strengthen your connection.
Suggested tactics that are helpful:
1) Drink water! Lots of it. This does not include tea (not even herbal), coffee, sodas, or anything other than pure water. Daily you should be drinking a minimum, as calculated by taking your weight in pounds, dividing it by two, and arriving at the number of ounces you need to keep your body lubricated properly. For example, I weigh 110 lbs / 2 = 55 ounces of water a day that I need to prevent mental and physical burn out. If I am detoxifying heavily I try to drink closer to my actual weight in ounces of water.
2) Liver detox drink once a week. Lecithin 1 tbs, extra virgin olive oil 1 tbs, lemon (whole, rind and all), 6 ounces any cold fruit nectar. Put it all in a blender and frappe. Drink it straight down, as the olive oil will separate out and then this concoction tastes nasty.
3) Purification Bath: 1 lb (yes 1 lb) rock salt and 1 lb baking soda in water as hot as you can stand it. Stay in until water begins to be tepid. Use no more, no less of the ingredients. Drink lots of water as this is dehydrating. We use the rock salt to pull toxins out, and the baking soda to seal the energetic body so that similar energy toxins cannot return.
Remember these three basic steps as you seek truth above all else. There is no time for pretense.
1 1/2 bananas
1 1/4 cups white grape juice (100% juice)
2 tbs. cocoa beans, bits, buds or nibs can be powder
4 tbs. or 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp letchitin
1/8 tsp vitamin C
1 1/4 cup chocolate rice or almond milk
3/4 cup of water
Put all ingredience in blender turn on high for at lest 2 minutes or until all coco beans are ground fully. Have a minimum of 2 oz. in morning and through out the day as needed.
Makes a little over a quart. Good for muscle cramps, pain and adds to sooth any acid in stomach and colon. It is more sustaining protein drink.
Green protein drink
1 tabs. Spiralina powder - seaweed
1 tsp. Moranga powder
1 tsp Hemp powder.
1\2 pineapple juice (100% juice)
Put all ingridence in 10 oz. jar shake well. makes 8 oz. drink a minimum of 2 oz in morning. In your 2 oz container you may add a squirt of rescue remedy and Black walnut. This drink gives the right proteins to the brain and the other remedy helps restore healthy brain seritonins and rejuvenates and strengthens the sin-naps gap. Green Plant proteins
We were hanging out with Beatrex Quntanna (tutu) last week, and in one of our spontaneous information coming through channelings that frequently happen when we’re together, it was brought up that Lynda would greatly be helped by kale with the residules of her radiation release.
Well, you know us, we followed the recipe, and the outbreak is nearly gone. Lynda started doing research, and the I followed up online. Magnesium deficient seems to be something we all are suffering from during this time. Not to the degree Lynda has it, but none the less.... have you got any of this happening?
Guess what… you've got it! I also found this online and it seems like the easiest way to work with this of everything I found… (we replaced magnesium chloride flakes with the fresh kale - 1 leaf = 1/2cup dry flake and it's working)

How to Make Magnesium Oil Spray at Home
I use magnesium daily in some form and use magnesium oil on my skin most often. There are some really high quality pre-made magnesium oils available (this is my favorite), but it is also possible to make magnesium oil easily and inexpensively from magnesium chloride flakes. I’ve used one of these forms of magnesium oil for years and notice a big difference when I forget to use it. If you don’t want to purchase the pre-made oil, this DIY magnesium oil spray recipe is a great alternative and super easy.
Magnesium Oil Spray Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes
• 1/2 cup distilled water
• A glass bowl or glass measuring cup
• A glass spray bottle
Magnesium Oil Spray Instructions
1. Boil the distilled water. It is important to use distilled to extend the shelf life of the mixture.
2. Place the magnesium chloride flakes in the glass bowl or measuring cup and the pour the boiling water over it.
3. Stir well until completely dissolved. Let cool completely and store in the spray bottle. Can be stored at room temperature for at least six months. I keep in my bathroom to use daily.
Note: I prefer to use magnesium oil before bedtime and often add 10 drops of lavender essential oil to the mixture for scent and relaxation.
Magnesium Oil Uses
Spray on arms, legs, and stomach daily. I use 10-20 sprays per day. It will tingle on the skin the first few times it is used, and this is normal. It should fade after a few applications, but you can dilute with more water if it bothers you too much.
You can leave on the skin or wash off after 20-30 minutes. I usually apply after a shower and then use coconut oil or a lotion bar to moisturize about 5 minutes later. If the sticky feel on your skin bothers you, try applying at night before bed when you won’t notice it as much or before showering and rinse off
Want to experience less colds and flus in your home this winter? It's pretty easy. We put a soup pot on the stove, and add some herbs. We bring it to a boil about three times a day and then simmer for about an hour. Why? Well, the bacteria and the viruses that are airborne, and trapped in our houses because we've closed them down for winter, are attracted to the steamed herbal molecules. This makes the molecules that can congest your lungs to become heavy and settle to the ground where they can be disposed of in your weekly cleaning. We've been known to do this is a slow cooker if you feel you want it going all the time. The brew is good for four days, just keep adding water. Herbs to put in are 1 handful dry eucalyptus leaves (or 12 drops essence oil), 1 handful of dry whole cloves, and one fresh lemon sliced up including seeds and skin. It smells great, and keeps everyone clear! If you feel something coming on, grab a towel and make a little tent to inhale deeply of the steam. Kicks it out in about 24 hours.
