Reservation Policy for Gatherings
Prepayment is required at the time of registration via our PayPal service. Payment will be processed the day you register. If you’d like to make alternate arrangements for payment to be collected over a period of time, please make your deposit to guarantee your space and we will be happy to accommodate you. All monies are due two weeks prior to Gathering.
Please provide your cell phone number so that we may contact you in the event of last minute itinerary changes or emergencies. While changes are rare, we are usually able to accommodate everyone as long we have a way to contact them.
Some Gatherings have minimum ages and/or physical requirements. When registering, please read restrictions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We are unable to refund cancellations due to participants not meeting minimum requirements.
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your reservation.
Every person attending will need to Participant-Agreement prior to joining a gathering.
