Almost anyone who devotes themselves to a lifestyle practice, and pours their love and energy into it, develops a certain flow in life: the practice opens our way in terms of concepts and motivation, it aligns us to earth's truths and principles, it becomes reflective of our truth and most powerful purpose, growing us as we practice being ourselves. And this is available to everyone, so whatever you may dream of being when you grow up – done with enough
Whatever you're cultivating right now, needs love and validation to grow strong and reveal our innate talents and metaphysical abilities. Can you imagine living without pretense and self-negation? How much different would your life be?
This life was charted through individual purpose, and because you've been playing with energy for awhile ow, and your inner calling has opened you to alternative philosophies, you are finding life to be an overlapping of experiences… sometimes it goes too fast and you become trapped in the whirlwind of the mind, which causes stress and anxiety.
Suppose at the beginning of the day, your first thought is to get up and sing joy to the sunrise – or just lift a cup of coffee, say good morning to nature and smile. Now, when people ask me how to elevate their mood, I tell them: get out of bed, and sing the joy for another good day in your life! This is where it starts.
The critical thing about living our purpose is the level of dedication to living authentically. To free ourselves of stress, and manifest all we need… require the passion of being who we are… to the point that we don't have to think about it… we reveal it as second nature. We have choices, do the choices we make truly speak to who we are?
"This was a major break through for me. I felt like I was a new person each morning," she admitted, smiling at the changes she had experienced as she shared them with me. Because she persevered, the practice became easier each morning. And things changed. Her life became easier.
A closer look at her life reveals she moved into a confident relationship with Earth, whose constant signs of confirmation were, "You're on track," "You're all you need to be," " You are loved." These messages carried with them another message: you are not connected, you power in and of yourself. She identified with the woman she really was, deep down inside, and chose to Greet the Sun every morning.
The best health remedy known to humanity is the reduction of stress. As our inner strength grows, the sense of helplessness fades away. We discover stability in a simple morning practice.
The second action (really a non-action) which needs to take place is to observe, which is almost as hard as remembering to engage in your morning practice. While we work to utilize a new self-discipline, we dream accomplished goals that are important to us, we also heal ourselves and release the past. This opens us to grow our understanding even more.
Life is a devotional practice, an art piece created in love, and – whatever you choose it to be – spiritual, intuitive, choices, actions, and living. We are all we need to be. daaiina… and so it is.
