You are finding life to be on an overlapping of experiences… sometimes it goes too fast and you become trapped in the whirlwind of the mind, which causes stress and anxiety.

Suppose at the beginning of the day, your first thought is to get up and sing joyfully to the sunrise – or just lift a cup of coffee, and say “good morning” to nature, and smile. Now when people ask me how to elevate their mood, I tell them: get out of bed, and sing the joy for another good day in your life!

The critical thing about living our purpose is the level of dedication to living authentically. To free ourselves of stress, and manifest all we need… requires the passion of being who we are… to the point that we don’t have to think about it… we reveal it as second nature. We have choices, do the choices we make truly speak to who we are?

A friend, a powerful woman, whom I’ve known many years, talked about this and her ability to Greet the Sun.

“This was a major break-through for me. I felt like was a new person each morning,” she admitted, smiling at the changes she had experienced. Because she persevered, the practice became easier each morning. And things changed. Her life became easier.

A closer look at her life reveals she moved into a confident relationship with Earth, whose constant signs of confirmation were, You’re on track, you’re all you need to be, you are loved. These messages carried with them another message: we are connected, you are power in and of yourself. She identified with the woman she really was, deep down inside, and chose to Greet the Sun every morning.

The best health remedy known to humanity, is the reduction of stress. As our inner strength grows, the sense of helplessness fades away. We discover stability in a simple morning practice.

The second action (really a non-action) which needs to take place is to observe, which is almost as hard as remembering to engage in your morning practice. While we work to utilize a new self-discipline, we dream accomplished goals that are important to us, we also heal ourselves and release the past. This opens us to grow our understanding even more.

Life is a devotional practice, an art piece created in love, and – whatever you choose it to be – spiritual, intuitive, choices, actions, and living. We are all we need to be. Daaiina… and so it is.
