I will answer you as best I can.
     Thoughts are magic matter.  Thoughts suddenly sprint into mind with insight and vision.  We are the connection.  We are given these thoughts to consider, for the growth of our psyche.we find ourselves stirred to discussion, to possibilities as we allow. We delight; pain becomes and echoed memory, we release the need for drama.  We are by nature re-living the fundamentals in life.  We sincerely love life.  In choosing our present way of life we have made a commitment to Earth and this remains.  Our choice is empowering and for us a joy to fulfill.  With full understanding we allow the Changing Mother to touch our hearts on seven levels.
     I hope you see now why it's so important that we connect to life with our whole being and be stirred gently by love's free will. With all due reverance for life's gifts, it is my opinion that our relationship to the Spirit of Earth, is of utmost importance.  She calls, welcoming us to rest from fear and weakness; believe me, we are supported with a good deal of energy, sweet feelings and happy tears.  We find love like no other.  You will know if this has happened and you will naturally allow your stress to be quelled.

If you are now restored in integrity, you master life pulses. We have been created to fly as the longing of our spirit is transformed int he embrace of love.  We learn to comprehend ourselves.
     My intention in all of this is certainly to encourage you to communicate with Earth and be inspired.  And if the joy of your spirit overflows as you begin to speak with Mother, you need only relax.  This wells up from inside due to an abundance of joy and devotion. Comfort and support like this need never be doubted or feared. In a word, I believe anyone who experiences Mother's love will not be able to doubt her authority.
     How we grow in the refinement of lives, manifests our desire from spirit in our way of living that life on Mother.
     I have lived this work for 65 years. This life has dealt with the signs that indicate humanity is being called to evolve.

Just as rhythmic breathing can be achieved by allowing, counting or by using the channel-mind, so can relaxation.  "Allowing" is the simplest.  IT assumes certain basic ideas about what is natural for the human experience.  States that some read as "nonordinary," I see every moment.  Among these states of consciousness that is only accessible through relaxation… the silence between the heartbeats… that require us to focus on those heartbeats… we find it.  When I relax I find the synchronistic response from the universe.  Nonordinary reality is not a separated reality, it is a simultaneous reality that expands the truth of our knowing and expands the truth of our knowing, and expands ordinary reality to the magnificient capacities we carry.

I look to the horizon, eyes narrowing against the growing light.  Ancient oak and sycamore stand proudly, lining the creek, shading the grotto and Mother Hawk fluttering down on her young one, attempting to catch a glimpse of his new world.  My attention expanding to my sensations.  The morning is time to feel into everything before activity begins.  We nurture our connection and then move into the roles of our life, we settle into the flow with grace and ease, calm emotion, and peaceful hearts.
     We are more prone to listen.  This is the problem with chaos as a ruler.  There's never any calm.  It's up to us to set that energy in motion, every morning, creating to create a beautiful day.  Because when we set ourselves up in a beauty, it's beauty we find.  Life happens, what can we depend on?  The calm of the sunrise on our nervous system, the turning of the wheel, our ability to continue.  We have the ability to choose, we decide, start in panic, negating ourselves in every moment of the day, or feeling into life gently and deliberately, and being received that way throughout this day.
    "kee-yewr," calls Kalei the Hawk, "Life is good when we drink it in, and tells us we are valuable in this day."
     "Kelei, I believe life has been good to us," I return.  "We thank Grandfather Sun for another good day in our lives.  We're coming up on the Changing Wolf Dragon Moon soon.  So we have come full circle."
      I smile, head up to the medicine wheel, and Kelei shifts to the oak tree above the wheel.
     A few minutes from now, chores begin and our interactions with the outside world commence.  We go to work… for now, I give thanks.

I have important preparations to complete.
     We have three events coming up this month and I plan ahead and track the energies to utilize.
     It is a slow, quick flowing time which, my sunrise ritual has prepared me for, an impeccable ride of universal forces.  Mine is to hold the sacredness, as a container, a calm that extends out.  All in all, sunrise ritual, is the perfect way, the peace-filled way to begin the day.

The frequency of change, how we receive it and how we work it, even the way we put it back out into the world… to the 4 Directions… effect the potential repetition of that lesson.  In life we are we are motivated by two types of events – those that bring us great joy, and those that bring us to our knees. Our choices in those moments affect all situations until we are again presented with the opportunity to make a different choice arises, or we find ourselves in the position of being someone in support of what once affected us.  Sometimes we fall, sometimes we stand. It's the choice today that matters tomorrow.  That's why everyone needs to know they're not alone in this progression, and we all move forward.

"The same living reality," postulated Carl Jung, "was expressed itself in two forms."  That living reality is, according to authorities, light.  Physical events can be looked at in two ways, according to Dr. Jung.  One side believes that every event has a cause, but no purpose.  Others maintain that the force driving physical events is intelligent, conscious, and purposeful.  Insofar as events are purposeful, they can't be the blind effects of mindless causes.

When we have a healthy, balanced self-image we feel inwardly rich, even when outwardly we are challenged.  We possess peaceful, full hearts, a spiritually complete connection, and the ability to see beauty everywhere instead of challenge.

Most people rationalize about why we have each challenge.  Overriding concern rules life.  When we deliberately choose our life paths, understanding the challenges pertainent to that path, we are not swayed to deviate from that path, we actually become secure within ourselves and so the "need to feel secure" falls away.

For some, self-empowerment is the first moment of self-sovereignty and realization of what they are actually capable of.  Resistance to trust living our purpose is reduced, we begin to trust life again and our ability to love increases.  We heal our psyches and feel the universe wrap a warm, protective force around us… guzhugjua… perfectly encirled, we  walk a sacred Path of Self; a path to evolving, and the ending to self-negation. Sabotage becomes an infrequent visitor. Self -respect.

As we actualize we are intrinstically involved with the energies of Earth and use this partnership to help us understand life happening around us.  We have a keener understanding as a result of our connection.  We discover many truths in trusting that connection, truths that help us understand and move forward.  We accept our sacred point of view, and allow others theirs.  This holds true for all things of life and the choices we make.  It's liberating to understand three opinions count: ours, personally, Changing Mother earth and Creation.

To start the Path to Self we live daily in ways that support and enhance life. Often this seems odd.  However "stretch and grow" experiences always validate our choices and allow us to express our truest beliefs.

Find support and help gathering with others of relevant experience.

Being reunited with ourselves is the 1st Initiation of Love.  We see our dignity in our hearts and awareness as an actualized humane being.

We are examples of learning, personal growth and pure fun that we experience through walking our Path to Self.

Life is something tangible that we esteem and it includes good health, integrity, beauty, courage, compassion, playfulness, self-reliance, sustainability and time dedicated to relationships.  We are the reward of our activities that point us in the direction to travel.

At each milesone on our path, we are surprised by the revelations of Self we encounter.  It seems unreal.  It brings up latent talents – things we only dreamed of doing, not really possible – want to bet?!!!  It's fun because it's sort of a game an also because deep down, its fulfilling, we're answering that inner call that NEVER stops. This amazing feeling is not new, but every time it's a surprise: that we just came face to face with the next moment of ourselves!

A way to grasp this quickening energy is to take an uninterrupted period of quiet time to do some integrating!

Take an area of your life in which you are experiencing a challenge.  Write it down.

About the time I was thirty years old I had come to the conclusion that I was not destine to a "normal life."  It was killing me.  (I have always, since childhood practiced the ways of the tlish diyan, learning to be part of all things.  As a child, I could not conceive of anyone living any other way.  Imagine my surprise when I found out I was one of a very small minority.)  With children and a home in the suburbs, I tried, and lost it, went into a type of shamanic madness, and spent a great deal of time trying to figure out how I got where I was.

"Shamanic madness" as I now understand it from those I have counciled over the last four decades, is a cracking open to new levels of consciousness and energy.  For this I would say, assimilate, because it seems to happen both ways.  What I have heard described is very much like what I experienced.  Whether you open to the shamanic realm of life, or open to the contemporary norm, it is a bewildering time.  I invite you to consider the possibility that a moment of shamanic madness is necessary to finding our way into the 5th World Mind.  Do you wish to step outside of your current reality and go beyond?

Think now of the people you know who have "lost it" momentarily.  In knowing them, have you found inspiration in your own journey into the unknown?  Think of how they have regained their sense of self.  It is important to recognize those who exude light, have first overcome a place of self-doubt and loss of direction. And it is time to be aware of regaining clarity on this matter.  We grow rapidly now and humanity's dark night of the soul make come to an end… what then?

Remember three time you felt empowered and in synch with time. Really experience that feeling.  Write them down.

List at least three areas in which you still find yourself presenting yourself in this way without having to think about it. 

Guess what, you're there!

One thing you will not find anywhere is balance.  In fact, we are now involved in the effort to encourage you to speculate about what balanced power would actually feel like?  Messages designed to encourage balance are everywhere.

You know the power of the unified mind, but a total balance of power an be a mind boggling concept.  The energy which emanates balance is particuarly effective in facilitating our conquest of fear.  The miracle of balance is that it feels void of everything, while it restores everything.

For the next 2 1/2 weeks, let's think about this sensation for 2-5 minutes a day.  We bring order into actualization.

Thunder lived. One day he said, “How shall the people live there is just prairie there?  Let us place the ocean there.” He said to Earthquake, “I want to have water there, there so that the people may live. Otherwise they will have nothing to live on.” He said to Earthquake, “What do you think?”

Earthquake thought. “That is true,” he said. “There should be water there.  Far off I see it. I see the water.  There are salmon there and water.”

“Go,” said Thunder. “Go with Equilini, the one who sits there by the water. Go and get water.  Get water that is to come here.”
