The best way to live is to…

 listen, observe, then act responsibly.  Manifestation happens when you least expect it... when you have let go of attachment.  The tectonic plates of this planet shift and I feel it, like a small muscle ripple... or large one... up and down my body; I feel the changes.  It's esonkñhsendehí... Changing Mother... recreating herself.  I let the sensations come together in me, and sometimes I watch others around me try to explain what is happening to them... flu... colds... headaches... joint paints... anxiety.
