An Important Preparation of
Earth Guardianship?

This daily regime is the 1st protocol to prepare your physical body for the energetic transmissions and to allow for full integration of the sessions with Mother Earth. When we are occupied with and distracted, it makes it more difficult to focus on self-maintenance. It can also make ceremonies outside the realm of maximum effectiveness.

Practicing just this simple Greet the Sun technique provides a calming aspect that carries through the day.  Not only that, you experience the rising auric interaction between the sun and Earth that provides an optical healing through revealing colored light spectrum. This practice is a common, time-honored tradition among Indigenous Earth Guardianship around the world.

Get up early with me… while the Morning Star burns in the Eastern Sky. 

Watch as the other stars fade from view… a blush spreads… ha'ndii… shines out… revealing more as the sun slowly rises.

Sit quietly and let the light slowly fill you.  Look straight into those vibrant arches.

I believe the starting place is here.  As the air warms slightly and the breeze blows, fancy the Old Ones… the Ancients very near.

Let your mind go, and drift.  Feel life close as many images free flow.  Life walks among the dimensions.  Do you feel a kinship with those that call forth the Dream?  Look at the sky… do you feel optimism?

Included in Every Series

There are a total of 8 series of sessions, with this being the Introductory.  Participation in the next series is by invitation based on completion of this grouping of teachings.  Incorporation of practices working, through assignments and the sharing of experiences in our discussions are the qualifiers for procession this work. For those living in other areas of the country, or the world, this Introductory series also provides a way to participated no matter where someone resides or may find themselves.  Everything for this series is conducted on zoom when in group with Maria, or wherever you track the assignment to do in your neighborhood/vicinity.
