Well it’s that time of year again. We’ll begin to close the house down, the kids have gone back to school and the temperatures drop… and we run ourselves into exhaustion through it all. Want a little help this year? Try our annual steam. Alot of you have heard us talk about it.
Get an old soup kettle out. Cut up a whole lemon, drop in a handful of cloves, and add a handful of dry or fresh eucalyptus leaves. Bring it to a boil, then drop it to a simmer. What’s it do? It makes virus and bacteria germs heavy, literally killing them. It keeps your mucuous membranes hydrated, and perpetuates health during what normally is the human sick cycle! Give it a try, and if you want to know more, just give me a hollar at firstname.lastname@example.org
a repost, but worth it!
