Asking searching questions and giving constructive feedback, SpiralDancing encourages us to become more aware of our strengths and weaknesses.  We receive help to build on our strengths and to develop new skills, so that we can take on new challenges.  SpiralDancing helps us learn there is no failure, only lessons to grow from.  As our connection and confidence improve, our self-esteem grows, and we take more initiative in manifesting our goals.  Increasingly, by using all of our abilities and expressing our potential to be full, our lives benefit.

The role of SpiralDancing is pivotal to the needs of the whole.  Through SpiralDancing, we have the benefit of personal and spiritual development; the whole is strengthened by the members who are motivated and skilled; and we find more time to devote to life and fulfillment.
