Chapter Two E
Don’t forget to breath from center. We’ve learned to not breath, so we won’t feel the intensity of our feelings. That stresses our muscles. We stuff and keep old emotional experiences in our cellular storage bins. Right now, consciously relax, breath out tension. You know a lot of ways to do this. Smile now and look in the mirror, say softly and firmly out loud… “I am all that I need to be!”
A friend told me this philosophy experience:
Work is an addictive way of life.
We need not be addicted: Well, we need to change our thought process on what work is, and how we address it. To have a fulfilling life that feeds us, we must see our lives as the work that fulfills us. This means living the truth of our spirit and being led by Spirit on the path of fulfillment. We work as we see ourselves in vision.
Freedom is an inner feeling. It is the ability to choose what we want. It's the inner knowing that you are in charge of your direction. Freedom is spiritual and can only be given away, never taken.
As far as the sensation is concerned, feel into it and center. The sensation is a communication, as the last three months culminate and the ability to receive guidance is vastly improved.
One reason I like Winter is that it's a time of Dreaming, a premise concept from my childhood that brings warm sensations to my heart. When stories by the fire would take flight that imagry that would teach us kids the protocols of life, and if our elders were good at it… inspire us right to sleep. Grandpa saw to it, I witnessed magic, and I saw to it, that I paid attention.
Coyote advises us to keep our self-worth and be perfectly fulfilled, with no particular effort. This truth simply includes all others. For if we look, we find vitality rooted and grounded in the glorious gift of love which is self-worth.
