Day 5: Personal Homework
Three Stone Calling
Growing up, every teaching was made into a game – and Three Stones was one of my favorites. This is a strengthening of the sensory muscles that we used in our museum/store work. Select three stones that you feel you have a really strong relationship with. You’ll need a friend and a space that you feel confident in. Sit individually with each of your stones. Feel into them… when you are ready, as your friend to hide them. Yeah, you heard me right. The question is, can you now hear, or sense where your stones are? How well do you know cellularly their identity sensation? Think about what we did during the museum/store. Close your eyes. Feel. Turn. Go there.
Did it work? No. Try crossing your eyes and scan the area. Detect their auric field? Listen, hear anything.
If after exhausting your tracking skills you still haven’t found them, ask your friend where they are. No judgment. No anxiety. It’s a game. Work with these three stones more utilizing parts of the museum/store meditation and try it again. Your rate of find will improve with the developing relationship…. Oh, and have you asked your stones what they want to be called… a name perchance? Bloodstone, Opal, etc. would be their family names, like your last name. Do they want to be called something more personal?
Once you’re done share with all of us via email or posting on this page in the comments.
