Hello, I'm Avianna Harries
I'm a healer driven by a passion for igniting the fire of self-love, self-acceptance, self-value and empowerment within all human beings.

As a child, I was expected to be a perfect little girl, bury my feelings and silence my voice. As an adult, I maintained a false façade of perfection, internalized my stress and suppressed my feelings. I felt like a fraud and was deeply critical of myself; it took a toll on me mentally, emotionally and physically. By age 50, I was deeply unhappy, angry, resentful, unhealthy and burned out.
