Putting It All Together
You are invited to be calm in your life. Calm nervousness, anxious emotions, and bring quiet to your stomach and solar plexis. Today, you take all your work, all your interpretations of Self Healing, and put them together to spin together. Together these tablets reflect your inner warmth and radiance. You have decorated them to promote sensitivity and understanding – the ways you related to you… all of you. You are beckoned to do something for yourself in this moment to bring total clarity.

Putting It All Together

Music of your choosing. You want something empowering. You’ve been listening to me for four weeks now, and it’s time for you to shine. So, choose something that makes you stand up straight and feel the power running through you in an As Above So Below flow, and back again.
Once you’ve done this… you’re going to paint your face. Yep, so if you don’t have face paint, think some kind of make up. I’ve been known to use markers, but most people don’t want it on for days. Step into the center of your tablets, turn your music on, close your eyes, and feel all the tablets, the music, the Sacred Parents love flowing into you.
