What is the Storyteller's Fire?
The Storyteller's Fire is designed to inspire conversation and community among individuals who share a passion for reading, mythology, and spirituality. This monthly group is open to all adults with an interest in Native American mythology and the ancient world. Whether you are a SpiralDancer, a community member, or just finding your way here, we welcome you to join us for lively discussions and shared explorations.
Each session will be led and moderated by knowledgeable expert Steven Egan. Explore the lasting impact of ancient story on our modern spirituality. The Storyteller's Fire begins the Nov 2025–October 2026 year with tellings, a new FireKeeper and a romp through personal interpretations and revelations. |

Steven has been involved in SpiralDancing Life since 2007. Since 2011, he has also acted as the administrator of the program, and in 2022, was elected Council Chair. In addition, he ran an EarthWisdom Circle in the UK for several years, and counseling based on the Medicine Wheel. tlish diyan has given him a way share stories of healing and re-connection in many different ways. Steven has recently resumed his counseling practice.

Every tradition has its Spiritual Base, and the Quero draws their spiritual heritage in a mingling of history, mythology, prophecy and symbolism which has been sacredly preserved and perpetuated through the generations by the Yraceburu family in stories and teachings embellished with the wonderful poetic flow of nature connection.
The Quero Apache inner traditions include various legends and prophecies that reflect their cultural beliefs and spiritual practices.
Key Legends:
Creation Stories: These narratives often describe the origins of the world and the emergence of the Apache people, emphasizing their connection to nature and the spiritual realm.
Heroic Figures: Legends feature prominent figures who embody virtues such as bravery, wisdom, and resilience, serving as moral examples for the community.

There are 4 three-hour sessions over the course of Friday-Saturday-Sunday once a Month on zoom.

Please Note:
- Attendance is not available in monthly payments, other than what is presented above.
- ZOOM address is provided one week prior to meeting date.
- Any items required for work will be emailed to you when you receive the zoom link email.
- As there are limited places available for attendees per session, we require that registration close the Wednesday prior to our weekend. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If your cancellation falls within the 24 hour window your ticket will not be advanced to another date and is nonrefundable.
- No Refunds.
- Sessions not attended are forfeited.
