As members of Yraceburu EarthWisdom in today’s world, we're are called upon to share our dreams with the wider community. As we touch the earth, we witness our growth in how we raise our children, how we interact with friends, family and coworkers, and how we engage in modern culture. Through the centuries, the Yraceburu Family has cared for our All Our Relations of Earth and a Future of Peace.
We begin with Earth. We believe that She is a living entity that we can be in relationship with, as we conduct our spiritual lives. We believe that Earth reveals herself in numerous ways, but particularly through the signs of nature, which comes to us in many forms – Sacred Relationship (empathic nature) and Traditional Dreaming (ownership of manifesting power). The ultimate sign of our Earth Connection is the Community – the elevation of Spirit through our Circles and Ceremonies. The Community is the ultimate support of Earth.
We believe in the three Circles of Time, revealed as three aspects of life: past, present and future. Yraceburu EarthWisdom was founded by members of the Yraceburu Family, and carried forward through tlish diyan Tradition. The Medicine Wheel – the compass, clock and portal of Life – is the central mystery of every cyclic celebration, most especially the nia'guch'laada, which is the “earth magic” of our lives as community.
We believe that we are united with all of those that have walked before, and will come again, especially ourselves, and we model our lives on this sacred knowing. We pray as honoring of all life and all life interacts with us. Personal and communal prayer is a hallmark morning activity of Yraceburu EarthWisdom. We pray to strengthen our relationship with All That Is and to grow in connection and love. We are united with all life throughout the universe – each day as we gather for communal prayer – as a Prayer Web.
