By taking some small, inconsequential steps in the direction of what we love, we explore new feelings, conditions and results of these choices. The idea is to respect our feelings, all the while moving in the direction that grows us into what we dream.

Don’t forget to breath from center. We’ve learned to no breath so we won’t feel the intensity of our feelings. That stresses our muscles. We stuff and keep old emotional experiences in our cellular storage bins. Right now, consciously relax, breath out tension. You know a lot of ways to do this. Smile now and look in the mirror, say softly and firmly out loud… “I am all that I need to be!”
Near the transition, it’s all about the energy vibrational patterns. History has run through time on frequency cells. Accepting this is preparation for comprehending what happens next, via vibrational energy.
